What does Cold Pressed mean?
That the juice has been extracted using the most effective process known to release the maximum possible concentration of nutrients from fresh vegetable fibers, achieving an extraordinary flavor and giving it the ability to retain its properties and freshness after several days.
Cold-pressing involves two steps: first, the ingredients are crushed, which opens the fibers and releases the nutrients, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, enzymes and chlorophyll from within; second, a hydraulic press applies tons of pressure to the pulp and extracts every last drop from each fruit and vegetable. The result of the process is a juice with a much higher nutritional concentration than juice extracted conventionally or with a centrifugal extractor.
